Connect your Industrial Network to ALPHA Displays

ALPHA PLC Gateway interfaces provide you with the ability to display real-time messages for your employees by linking your PLC's Industrial Network to Adaptive's ALPHA electronic signs. Our Gateways allow for ALPHA messaging displays to interface with DeviceNet, Profibus DP, Modbus Plus, Data Highway plus or Modbus ASCII.

The PLC's Ladder Logic triggers messages that are stored in the displays. The Gateway responds to bits stored in specific registers of the PLC to enable and disable specific messages managed within the LED sign. Messages range from real-time production statistics to alarms or events. PLC variable data such as counts, speed and production.
